Collaborative Family Lawyers

For North Lancashire, South Cumbria and North Yorkshire

We are a group of experienced, specially trained family lawyers who specialise in resolving family law cases through the collaborative process. We all practise in the North Lancashire/South Cumbria/North Yorkshire area and regularly meet in our Practice, Organisational and Development Group (or "POD") to discuss how to develop the Collaborative process, share experiences and provide support for each other.

Also amongst our number are Resolution-accredited financial advisors who can provide expert information in order to help clients in achieving a financial solution.

If you seek a non-confrontational, dignified and "human" way to resolve your case, then collaborative law is likely to be the answer.

You may have separated from your spouse or partner and have a dispute with them or you may be happily in a relationship but require an agreement such as a pre-nuptial or cohabitation agreement to be drawn up.

If you seek a non-confrontational, dignified and "human" way to resolve your case, then collaborative law is likely to be the answer.

We hope you find this website informative, helpful and reassuring. Do not hesitate to call, email or visit one of us if you would like any further help or information. We are also happy to travel to a convenient location for you, in the right circumstances, if that will help you or the other party.
